PENANG, 06 April 2026 – Digital Penang had the privilege of hosting a courtesy visit from the Malaysia Smart Cities Alliance (MSCA), bringing together key stakeholders from the smart city ecosystem to exchange insights and explore opportunities for collaboration.
The delegation was led by TS Dr Raslan Ahmad, Chairman of MSCA, and Dr Hairi, EXCO member, accompanied by members of the MSCA committee and representatives from industry partners.
The session served as a meaningful platform for MSCA to present its organisational overview and strategic focus areas, while Digital Penang shared updates on ongoing initiatives supporting Penang’s digital transformation agenda.
Discussions during the visit highlighted several potential areas of collaboration, particularly in advancing smart city solutions, strengthening innovation ecosystems, and fostering deeper industry partnerships.
